The Villa

Rebuilt in 2017, the villa is a completely new restoration of an old traditional farmhouse using a stunning fusion of Italian & contemporary design while maintaining the traditional “gardesana” style. The interiors were built with extensive use of natural materials, local marble, and precious wood, giving a warm and living atmosphere to the modern open space concepts. Villa Puro offers a modern living experience at the highest level, steeped in local tradition and nature.

The villa accommodates 10 guests in 5 air-conditioned double bedrooms

The villa is built to maximize the stunning views over the lake and the mountains from every angle. There are numerous outdoor living areas, designed for seamless indoor/outdoor living:
– Large private pool area that overlooks the lake and is fully furnished with luxury sun-loungers –
– Covered portico with lake view, dining area, and open fire barbecue –
– Shaded lounge launch area with comfortable couch seating and stunning lake view –
– Dining and relax area in the olive grove overlooking the lake, with swinging hammocks and a dining table –
– Outdoor private shower areas with sinks, outside each apartment and the main villa –

Inside, the villa is just as beautiful as the outside. Italian contemporary design combined with natural materials and artisinal furnishings create a minimalist open-space design that is clean and pure but also warm and comfortable. The house is divided into three living units: The main villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, and downstairs a large open space living area, formal dining area, comfortable lounge area, a service bathroom, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Right beside the main villa is the annex villa, divided into two independent apartments. Each apartment is a complete living space, with double bedroom, bathroom, and lounge/kitchenette.
